Further proof that the French are a bunch of freakin morons. I mean, could you even begin to fathom what would happen if 15,000 (or the official 11,435) American elderly died from HEAT?? I mean, something like this makes me think that France is on the verge of losing it's status as a "first world nation" - hell, the rest of Europe baked in this heat and you didn't see em dropping like flies in Germany or Spain.
